Today....it started yesterday, hasn't ended yet.....the sleeplessness continues, no sign of abating.
Swirling....mind overwhelmed....breathe.....relax....no...can't use those words, they will haunt me.
I wish to not feel....numbness would be welcome....greeted with outstretched arms.....eyes wide shut....
I hope for clarity....for the words to make everything return to yesterdays....many yesterdays ago....
I get to hide today, hibernate....but tomorrow will come screaming in....and I have to be there....I have to be in the world of the living....again...
Just not today...
